Children playground area

Inside the property you will find a playground area for our younger guests with slide, swing, sandpit, merry-go-round, table football and table tennis.

Volleyball/badminton court

There is a volleyball and badminton court available for all our guests.
Borrow the rackets and the balls for free at the reception.

Football Field

The soccer field is available for you with no need to book. If you miss a ball we will be happy to lend you one.

Boules court

If you want to play pétanque, please ask the bowls and the gate key at the reception.

Golf 

In the nearby village Castelfalfi, only 7 km from Belmonte, you will find one of the most renowned golf courses in Tuscany. The Golf Club Castelfalfi has two golf courses (one 18-hole course and one 9-hole course), a driving range and a small clubhouse with bar and panoramic terrace. Belmonte’s guests are entitled to a discount when booking the 18-hole course.

Free Wine Tasting

Every week during the summer months in Belmonte we hold a wine tasting event in collaboration with a local farm. The tasting takes place near the reception; it is completely free, you only need to sign in on the list you find at the reception.
 Every week we will indicate at the reception which day and what time is the tasting. Just come, sit down and taste.
At the end of the tasting you will be free to buy or not the wines and the other products you’ll have tasted!

Cooking course

A few kilometres from Belmonte you will have the opportunity to attend a Tuscan cooking class, in a dream location. At Castello di Oliveto, in Castelfiorentino, in fact, the kitchen turns into a real school where all participants can learn how to prepare a complete Tuscan menu from appetizers to dessert. Then at the end of the course, teachers and students together will taste the freshly cooked meal. Each participant will receive apron, hat and the recipe book of the dishes they prepared. Fishing lakes

Within our property there are 4 lakes. You can fish in two of them:  the “Ducks lake” or the "Fisher lake" both easily accessible on foot, along the road starting from the reception, which is indicated on the map of Belmonte.
These lakes are populated by carps and you don’t need any particular bait to fish them, simply bread or corn.
If you do not have your own fishing rod, borrow one at the reception.

The Bagnino, our natural thermal pool

The Bagnino is a lovely natural pool situated within our property. It is a thermal lake of sulphurous water coming from an underground spring, full of beneficial properties.
You can swim in the waters of Bagnino and massage your body with the healthy mud, feeling a pleasant sense of well-being and relaxation. A real natural beauty farm.
